App is really bad and slow. Went on for a promo and decided to see what stock they had... Clicked on things nothing really worked or took me anywhere so I gave up on the whole purchase..
I downloaded for the 10% discount but it didn't work. Just did nothing first time then said duplicated. Also, people don't want to have an app for every company that they buy something from.
Why is it not available for my Amazon what the point of being a customer with Paul and Bear

Goes out of its way to make putting in promo codes difficult to put in. Specifically downloaded the app to get 10% off my first order and the code did nothing once it was entered.
